This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

Breakfast included homemade pastries and a choice of drinks (juice, tea, or coffee). Ferdinando and his father, Miguele, provided a free shuttle service between the hotel and the port of Ischia. But you still can reach Spiaggia di San Pietro withing 20 min walk. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning ensuring everything remained perfect. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. And the views from the hotel were stunning! You can see pale Vesuvius and Castello Aragonese d'Ischia. The restaurant served delicious home-cooked meals. Ferdinando created dishes that were not merely food but stories told through taste. If for some reason you decide not to stay there, the restaurant worth a separate visit. Everyone have to try the rabbit pasta! We decided to have a dinner every time at the restaurant rather than go to the port. It’s a place where you feel welcomed and cared for, making it an unforgettable part of any trip to Ischia. Big thanks to Ferdinando and his family :)

Pretty and cozy. Location was good, super close to public transport, beautiful garden and balcony full of greenery. Room was pretty specious and clean. The cherry on top was the small kitchen with basic utensils, very nice to enjoy breakfast in the balcony 😊

One of the best hotel we have ever been. It is family ran, with the grandfather taking great care of the farm that has tasty organic products and cute little rabbits and chickens that made our kids happy to go feed. Not only did we have a big enough appartement for a family with a kitchen that came in handy with little ones. But the restaurant of the hotel is absolutely exquisite , haute cuisine. Both waitress's are lovely and explain every dishes. The wife of the Chef Carolina was also the sweetest with our kids! Raphaella was very kind and welcoming and served us delicious sweet typical italian breakfast and also some salty bruschetta in the morning, the delicious italian cakes are freshly made by the mother of the Chef every morning. What else can I say everything was wonderful and peaceful especially when using the pool during day and both Luigi's always made us wonderful cocktails and drinks working hard to keep the pool clean. I must also mention that having our rooms cleaned every morning was a plus and they always left fresh water for us. Everything in this farm is made with love and dedication. I absolutely recommend Cala Cala for families or couples. If you can rent a bike it's easy to go round the island.
