Spotlessly clean room in close proximity to Rome airport with a lovely additional touch of shampoo and a toothbrush. Fredrica was very responsive and organised our transfer to the airport. Many thanks for having us stay! We will return if flying from Rome again!

I stayed at a hotel close to Rome FCO Airport, and it was great! Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was in a beautiful courtyard with two nice shared terraces. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff arranged a timely airport transfer at a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

Gorgeous property, excellent facilities and extremely good value for money. Had we not been using it as a pit stop before an AM flight the next day would definitely have stayed longer. A lot of helpful advise provided and kindly provided snacks and refreshments which we had not received anywhere else in Italy

I used the hotel to spend the night between flights. My plane was delayed and I had a late check-in. It takes 8-10 minutes to get from the airport by taxi. The manager was in touch with me until I checked in. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a battery in the bathroom, which can be turned on for drying clothes or heating, if necessary. Breakfast is in the refrigerator under a combination lock. I realized this when I was already leaving. But this is due to my carelessness. This was indicated in the check-in instructions.

The meet and greet from Pierro was exceptional. What a lovely man!! Couldn’t do enough to help me. I didn’t mention, before I arrived that I was gluten free, but he was very attentive to my needs and tried to rustle something up for breakfast! Amazing coffee too. Pierro was a great host! He also arranged for a lovely taxi driver to take me to the airport.

We loved everything - great communication before our arrival, lovely and welcoming hosts Sofia, the property, our room was very nicely designed with little additional touches, comfy beds. Close to the airport. Bikes available for you to use. Restaurants within 10 mins walk. Simple breakfast. Our host arranged the taxi to the airport for us.

We arrived in the airport at spend 2 frustrating hours trying to find out how to get to the Guest House that is only 5 minutes from the airport. We couldn't find the bus, then waited 45 minutes in line for a taxi that refused to do the ride. Then got contacted by an unofficial taxi that wnted 40 euros to do the trip. I then called the host of the Guesthouse and 30 minutes later she picked us up. The Guesthouse has facilities to sit and eat you own meals, the room was big, clean and had a cosy garden. The service was excellent and lost of small restaurants, a farmacia and a supermakret close by. The host also dropped us off at the airport. We will really recommend this place and also plan to get back for more days the next time - the host is really wonderfull :-)

Small Airbnb in private home. Owner Marina lives on-site and was very accommodating with an airport pick-up, early check-in, and short private tour with the help of Google Translate. Excellent seafood restaurant just around the corner 😋
