Close to the train station, easy access to market, shopping, restaurants and cafes. The room was spotless clean, heating, free coffee and tea in your room. Very helpful and accomodating and would definately choose to stay here again or recommend to friends

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern with a balcony as well. The hostess, Paula, is a very kind and adorable person. She welcomed us heartily although we don't speak Italian but she can some english so we understood each other. The shower has lights which change color depending on the water temperature! I've never seen something like that. The restaurants and beach are 5mins walk from the property. During our stay, there was the rugbyfest on the beach. Loads of people there dancing, eating and drinking. Even families with small children. In the morning, Paula brought us coffee and croissants for breakfast (additional small charge) to get us started. There are parking places for six cars inside the gates.

Everything was excellent. A group of three, that stayed for 2 nights. The room was cozy and very clean. When we arrived we got free water. The host was very helpful and kind. Good conversations were made! Anna kindly gave us a ride to the trainstation when we departed ❤️. It’s clear that this is her passion. The location was also good, a 10 minutes walk to the closest supermarket and 15 min to Desenzano centre, where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. Defenitly recommend staying here!

Enrico is super helpful with the check in, provided great recommendations for the area. The property is a very nicely designed villa with multiple rooms. Very clean with all the amenities. Parking available right outside of the property. I wish I could stay longer.

I liked absolutely everything: a romantic view of the surrounding area, a comfortable room with traditional furniture, a very tasty home-cooked breakfast (no buffet!), caring, but at the same time almost invisible staff. If you are traveling by car, this is a great opportunity to quickly get to all the interesting places on the southern coast of Lake Garda and the surrounding area. There is also a wonderful restaurant in the estate, the best in the area, in my opinion. The restaurant is not cheap, but surprisingly tasty, I especially liked the appetizers, filet mignon and wine.

Our stay at Speranzina was truly magical! The minute we stepped into their beautiful oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the streets, we felt like we were being welcomed into a gorgeous family home. The room was decorated with incredible taste and every little detail was carefully thought out. The setting on the lake couldn't be beaten and the food, oh the food! Just amazing. We had the eight course tasting menu with wine paring in the evening. All of it truly exceptional and a once in a lifetime (for us!) treat, which we will remember for many years to come. But above all, the people are what makes this place. Outstanding. Many thanks to the team for such a wonderful stay.

The owner was very forthcoming - she allowed us to check-out an hour later. The premises were excellent - super clean, comfortable, fast wifi and within a few minute drive from the city centre where there are amazing cafes (recommend Pizzeria de Selvano and Zero30 gelatteria). Best of all - it has AC with a remote, perfect when it is more than 30°C outside. Great value for money.
