The host was exceptionally friendly and caring - we forgot our clothes in the apartment and she messaged us immediately. She also enabled us self check-in. Beside all that, the house is wonderful, the shared kitchen has everything you need, we ate breakfast on the balcony. Great value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Paola and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Tania was such an attentive and kind host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for local beaches, sights, and great places to eat and drink , which made our time in Sardinia even more special. The apartment itself was spotless, private, and very comfortable, with so much attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided: fresh towels, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and efficient air conditioning. Having a beach umbrella to use was a huge bonus , essential for the Sardinian sun and wind. Parking was also very convenient, located just a few steps from the villa. Villa Paola was the perfect base for our trip. If you’re visiting Sardinia, we highly recommend booking your stay with Tania.

Wonderful stay, nice location, near to the old town, clean room, beautiful place!. The host Mauro was very friendly and explained us everything, also gave us discounts for beach parking and more… very recommended!.

A fantastic property in the middle of nature, peace and quiet all around. Saying that, you are only 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia! There are also plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is perfect in every way, (we stayed in the yellow one) all modern amenities and the beds were also so comfortable! The outside terrace and small garden area is beautiful, not forgetting the use of the bikes to get around if you want to leave the car behind! Definitely highly recommended. Last but certainly not least, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful!

Wonderful Villa in Chia 😊 My husband and I had an amazing time thanks to the host Simone! He ensured that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest even to the point to drive us to the beach and help us with reservations. I would truly recommend with 5 stars ⭐️ Clean, new, spacious room, modern bathroom. Including a nice breakfast in a bistro nearby. 5 minutes from bus stop to Cagliari, town supermarket and from popular restaurant Mirage. We will come back ☺️ GRAZIE MILLE!

What a lovely find! The village has such a lovely feel about it. The hosts are lovely, the rooms are lovely - clean, comfortable, newly appointed. A handful of great restaurants to choose from.
