The room and hotel were very clean, the manager of the hotel was amazing. Really looked after me when my flight was delayed and diverted because of the eruption, so I arrived around 4am which he stayed up to welcome me and provided me with great food and drinks. Very great customer services

We had an exceptional stay at All' Uliveto! The location is very close to Etnaland, Etnapolis and is very easy to reach! Doris and Family made sure from the moment we arrived that we are treated with the best possible service. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay one to remember! The rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean and the air-conditioning system works wonders! Food served for dinner was delicious along with love entertainment!
