Great place, very cosy room, super clean, the staff was very nice. There's coffee and tea available all night and the breakfast was very good. We even catch the Northern Lights right in the back yard!!

We traveled out east for one night and were just looking for somewhere to lay our heads for the evening. Everyone there was so friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy the rooms felt. We arrived at night and had no clue how amazing the views were until the sun rose in the morning. Stunningly beautiful views.

First time staying in hostel, wasnt sure how all works regarding shared things,information was provided yes and all read. Very happy that you still had your personal little house and toilet. Location was perfect ,stayed one night and very affordable,if needed would definetely come back.

It was exceptional. The view was stunning, the bed was extremely comfy, the room was clean, check in was smooth. Waking up to the view was refreshing, the interior design looks great as well. Enjoyed every second there.

It feels like going to your Icelandic grandparents’ home who casually have a glacier in their backyard along with many farm animals, and the best part, a big puppy who loves to play. Definitely the highlight of my trip. Also you get to snuggle a reindeer plushie while you sleep ❤️

Thora was a wonderful host, she catered for my food allergies and was very attentive. Although our booking was for single beds she gave us a double room and the bed was very comfortable. I left something behind, she notified us very quickly but due to internet issues we did not see this until we were several hours away and couldn’t return. Thora has very kindly agreed to post it on to me in England. I couldn’t be happier
