Frangipani has build a new room on second flor.It has its own private terrace with a wiew. Both the room and the terrace are big end everything is new. The room has a kitchen. Internett is good. This is well above what I expected. I have stayed here before and know Anusha and her family and their hospitality. So what can I say, I can just recommend If you plan to visit the area.

Elzas Fort Inn was a such a vibe to be in. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. We couldnt reach at the time we had informed, but our hosts waited for us and made sure we were safe, fed and comfortable. We booked a room with 2 double beds, attached bathroom and with 3 mini balconies. The room and bath were very spacious, clean and tidy. The building on the whole is so beautiful! Gives instagram-able vibes. The hosts will help you with anything from places to visit, places to eat, how to reach their place, ferry timings, or whatever it is that u want to know! Give them a call before you reach if you have no clue as to how to explore Fort Kochi and they'll give you an idea. Would recommend their place 100%!!!

Absolutely everything. The facilities are super clean, new and spacious. There is a kitchen that you can use as well as the living room. The best part is Sheetha and her daughter who makes this place so warm and special. If I’m ever in Kochi again, I’ll come back to that place. So lovely! A true home. In whole my travel history i haven't seen such a clean property. Such a kind people are the hosts. We were late on our arrival, but they were waiting for us. Lakshmi is one very lovely person. To everyone who wants to visit Kerala and especially Cochi. I will highly recommend Prakrity homestay. And what is most amazing - the rooms don't have numbers but names. Like butterfly, sunshine, rainbow, ocean.

Loved staying here. Harry John and his wife Merci were very attentive caring hosts. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable room .Lovely home. Location perfect ! Easy walk to explore Fort Kochi. Harry John particularly helpful organising driver guide for our following trip to Munnar. Tickets to Kathakali and Rickshaw Driver. Highly highly recommend
