It is beautiful, super clean and comfortable! Breakfast is very good and the property is just two steps from the beach. Also, Shabna is very kind and made my stay wonderful! I think that’s the best property around for having a nice rest and chill for a couple of day!

The property is an authentic, old antique house with great energy. It's located close to the beach, and watching the sunset from the nearby cliff was truly amazing. The host was very helpful, and the owner is kind, responsive, and ensures you are well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kannur who is looking for a peaceful stay and a chance to experience living in a traditional, authentic home.

Hi, it is a very good location for couples and family. We had stayed in a villa which hall all the facilities such as kitchen, swimming pool, living area with sofa & TV, bed room with attached toilet. The hospitality was good. It is walkable to the beach near by within 5 min.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Exceptional Hospitality: The owner, Sajid, and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Sajid treated us like family, always ensuring we were comfortable and happy. His warm personality and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Unbeatable Location: The property is situated right in front of the beach and boasts a private beach, ensuring complete privacy. It was serene and peaceful, with no disturbances at all—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beachfront Dining: One of the highlights was being able to enjoy our breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the beachfront. Whether it was early morning or late evening, we could dine with the sound of the waves in the background. Clean and Hygienic Rooms: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable and hygienic stay. Convenient Parking: Private parking was available at no extra cost, making it very convenient for guests with their own vehicles. Sajid’s hospitality and attention to detail truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside getaway.

Stayed here for x4 nights over the Christmas period. A bit outside our usual price - we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Close walking distance to beach, and equally to main town (shops/restaurants) in the other direction. Easy to bus or tuk tuk to other beaches nearby for day trips if you want to explore other parts around town. Coffee and tea station was a bit of a treat, and the host gave us bananas and bowls so we could easily do our own breakfast. Overall - nice rooms, air-con, convenient location, and friendly/helpful host. Internet also works great on the bottom floor.

A beautiful heritage property, maintained to a very high degree Vikas the owner was not there on the property but was super responsive on whatsapp and helped us with any needs And told us about the nearby temple pool which was one of the most beautiful places we have ever swam in Vikas’ mother was also a delight every morning to have breakfast with Bless 🙏🩷

    The stay at Kannur Westbeach Homestay was very, very nice. The house is located in a very quiet place, the way to the beautiful beach past small backwaters is only short. The room is large and beautiful, the bathroom very clean The food is excellent. It was a wonderful stay.

    This was our first experience at a homestay facility. Sukun operates out of a traditional Kerala home, which has been modified to some extent to serve its current purpose. The bedrooms are spacious and very traditional, but they also come with amenities such as air conditioning and universal power plugs. The bathrooms, which appear to have been added to the original building, are spacious and clean. Mr Rajesh, who is the caretaker at this facility took good care of us.

    Aparna is just the greatest host. She is very caring and helpfull with everything. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Wifi and A/C excellent. The food is just amazing. A peaceful and almost deserted beach is a 2 min walk from homestay. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every second. Thank you Aparna!

    Ocean Green was without any doubts the best accomodation I had in Kerala so far. Owner and staff were always trying to accomodate my needs and they were all the time full of kindness. Food was extremely tasty and price very good for the quantity. The homestay is 5 minutes walking from a quiet and very clean beach and my room was very big and super clean. I will definitely come back if I Would visit Kannur in the future.

    Great location, great host, many helpful tips. You can just wake up and walk on the beach or go for streetfood in the evening. Also the breakfast has a great local variety e.g. puri and appam. For our family it was a cute little homestay to hang out and the beach with a sandbank is great for children to play with the waves.
