We had a short stay in woods but we were very happy to find this place and sleep in a comfortable bed. The cottage was new and clean and had everything we needed. The owner Bareto was super welcoming and help as so much to feel like home. It is a very nice and quiet area, even for being next to the airport. Has just few rooms which make it more cosy and familiar. Walking distance to the beach. Very much recommended :)

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

The guest house is in a really quiet and tranquil place. The area feels like as if you make holiday in a small village. There isn't much to do here, apart from enjoying the outdoors and the beach and all the small little restaurants and shops nearby. If you stay here make sure to bring cash as there is no ATM close by. When we arrived the owner gave us a free room upgrade and on the day of arrival we could stay in our room until we were heading to the airport without any extra charge. The owner also arranged a taxi for us and everything went really smoothly. We had a fabulous time at the guesthouse and I would definitely recommend coming here.

This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.
