The most loving, caring and including family. Thank you for sharing history and giving so much back to your own community. This was for us the real Bali. Food was amazing and so was our stay. It's so beautiful to just walk around; rice fields, nature, jungle. There are also lots of activities to do as rafting, hiking, elephants, waterfalls etc,, . For people that are craving the real Bali in a place that is still is virgin.

So clean and really comfy bed! Hot water shower and really fast WiFi, there is a tv in the room with Netflix/youtube access which was great. I stayed after a long drive to Padang bai definitely worth the money 😆

We have been travelling 4 months and this was my favourite accommodation! Rural and peaceful with an amazing view! The host was very welcoming and gave us fresh coconuts straight from the tree and offered us guava from his garden. Was very attentive. The bamboo hut was very charming and the towels smelt amazing! This place brought a lot of happiness into my heart. The breakfast was traditional coconut and sweet potato cakes and fresh fruit! I would love to come back over and over again! Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off, this is a brand new accommodation.

The mattresses were some of the best we experienced while in Bali. The rooms were well kept, the staff were friendly and the day access to waterpark, cafe and shop made it a lot of fun for the kids. An easy walk takes you to many stores- we bought clothes, art, fresh fruit as well as stationary for my teen daughter- and we found the area in general a friendly place to shop.

We stayed in two different rooms during our time here, the family bungalow and the family room with a huge wrap around balcony. Both were incredible, the family bungalow in particular was very private and had its own walkway/gardens which was amazing and the views from the second were mesmerising!. We loved everything about the property and would definitely stay again in future!

Amazing homestay in Sidemen. Is very new. the rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. The rooms and the bathroom are super clean and good smell. We felt like home!!! The owners are super kind and welcoming. Book it without any doubt!

Gusti’s villa is simply wonderful! Surrounded by greenery, peace and quiet, with a beautiful pool where you can relax and enjoy nature. Gusti and his family are truly exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and always ready to meet our needs. Breakfast was rich and delicious, prepared with care. For dinner, he provided us with a list of great local restaurants and even offered to drive us there or lend us his scooter so we could explore freely. A genuine and warm hospitality that made us feel at home. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to come back!

    I never give a 10, now I do so! Excellent stay. Beautiful (very typical) Bali’s guesthouse. Great hosts and delicious food. Take advantage of the extended host's knowledge of Bali's culture and nature, and hire him also as a driver and personal guide. You will see the most beautiful places in East Bali! And I have learned and seen a lot about the Bali culture We’ll come back for sure.
