The environment, ambience and the people of course. We were served with welcome drinks; the best mix of three different tea when we arrived. The room was super spacious, clean and smells really good! Bathroom also very nice and big! We booked 2 rooms and we were the only guest there. They have a super cute cafe and nice seating area facing the rice paddy field. In the morning we walked around the paddy field and get a good view of Merbabu Mountain. The locals around the area were very friendly and welcoming us. Thank you Pak Yuni & Pak Win for the hospitality. Kami pasti kembali lagi. 🙏🏼

Our stay with Dian and Andreas was wonderful! The first day they invited us for lunch with their family for Eid Mubarak at a nice restaurant. This was totally unexpected but very kind ☺️. During our stay they always offered us snacks or tea and made sure my girlfriend was feeling better (she was a little bit sick). Dian prepared us a different breakfast each morning and Andreas walked with us a little bit around the rice paddies and gave us some fruits. Their home is in a very rural and calm area, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is easily reachable from the city by Grab or Gocar. The room was clean, cozy and had AC. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place to other people! Thank you☺️

Felt absolutely at home. Snooze is definitely the gem of my trip to Jogja. The hostel staff team was super friendly and they were willing to share their insights with you as locals. I gained many travel suggestions which helped me make the most of Jogja. Every time I came back to the hostel in the evening or left in the morning I was greeted by my friends at Snooze and we usually had a pleasant conversation afterward. They are beyond happy to learn more about their guests and help their guests out. The breakfast was organic and healthy, I was served two meals every morning as I stayed in a double room. They offered a variety of options on each day of my stay and the quality of the food was just amazing. The hostel is located in a tranquil neighborhood but it is also not far from the robust areas of the city. It is only a few minutes away on foot from the Malioboro. You could get to most of the attractions in the city within 10 minutes by motorbike (e.g., Taman Sari and the Kraton), which the staff could help you arrange. The room and the shared bathroom have also been very clean and comfortable and the hygiene has been maintained at a pretty high standard. Snooze is also a place to meet with new friends. I find a lot of traveling people I knew in other cities again at Snooze. I would highly recommend this place for a days-long stay in Jogja and I believe people will come back to the city just because of Snooze.

I highly recommend this homestay! Everything was perfect! -Room: Spacious, clean, with a comfy bed where I slept like a baby. Even if I choose the room with a fan, it was never too hot in it (they also have rooms with a/c if you need it) -Bathrooms: Really clean, no bad smell, good water pressure, one of the showers have hot water, and there is a good ratio bathroom/number of guests -Breakfast: DELICIOUS!! Everyday they serve something different, always so tasty and good size portions. They also care if you have allergies or preferences (Indonesian food or not) -Location: The homestay is located in a really quiet green street with lots of trees where it feels cooler than the rest of the city. The neighborhood is safe, and you are close to everything -Common areas: Spacious and clean, and there is a garden with tables to chill and drink your coffee :) -Owner: She is a really nice person, can help you by giving you any informations about things to see, activities to do, places to go, and how to get there! I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book again if I come back to Yogya!!

- The place was very strategic. Any places such as convenience store to laundry and to the bar were within walking distance. - Pak Godod and his family were very accommodating and friendly! Felt like staying with relatives instead of staying at a homestay. - Clean and artistic place. Surely gave me some calmness. - Unlimited drinking water on dispenser and coffee/tea supplies. - 10/10 would be staying at this place again!
