This was the most wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik. Situated right in the heart of the old city, right beside the city walls and within the peaceful confines of the old monastery. The views from the gardens are breathtaking, both of the old city and the sea beyond. We especially loved the lovely gardens, with vegetables and vines, and also a good number of tortoise! They were beautifully tended and added to the charm. The rooms are simple but well designed and really comfortable. It’s a great modern bathroom with a powerful shower. We were able to check in early which was really helpful and the process was straightforward. All in all it was a wonderful sanctuary, offering a real feeling of calmness and serenity amongst the busy streets of Dubrovnik.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE FAMILY WHO RUNS IT. Really, i write on capital letters because if you are going to Dubrovnik (and you should!) THIS is the place for you to stay! It is new and lovely, confy and clean. It was the best bed and sheets we slept into. The charming stone walls of the house make you feel you are in a movie, just take a sit at the yard besides the olive tree and you will see! The distance is not a problem at all, I would say it is perfect, because you can enjoy calmness and still be very near to the center. You have a place to park and the bus stops just in front of the house (you don't want to go to Dubrovnik center with a car, believe me), which makes this Booking a great deal. The whole family is lovely and if you are lucky enough to be invited to taste some of the homemade "domestic" things they make, say yes! Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience here and we wished we had booked more days before it got full and we lost the option. THANK YOU MARJA and family! - Bruno and Julia from Brasil

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

When we arrived at this Villa, the first thing we noticed was the breathtaking ocean view. The view was simply stunning and made us feel instantly relaxed. The Villa's architecture was also very unique and memorable. Every detail was designed with care and attention, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the Villa were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice and assistance. They greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The breakfast at the hotel was the most impressive part of our stay. The Villa used a wide variety of local ingredients to create the most exquisite and colorful dishes. Every bite was a delight to our taste buds, showing the thought and effort that went into every dish.

This is definetly an amazing place to stay. Our flight got delayed and the host still waited for us with lemonde and sweets. The room has air conditioner which was just what we needed after long days in the sun.The bathrooms were always clean and we always had hot water in the shower. The place is 10 min away from copaccabana beach so we couldnt ask for a better location.Just an amazing place and an amazing host who also was so nice to keept our luggage after the check out so we could enjoy the day befor our flight. Highly recommend!
