I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I was skeptical about renting a room due to bad experiences in the past, but I was convinced by the price and the fact that the homeowner was a woman. I really appreciated that right after booking, I received a message clarifying that it was just a room and not the whole house, and that I could cancel the reservation for free. At that moment, I felt I was dealing with honest and kind people. Another plus was that I could communicate fluently in English. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She didn’t interfere with guests' lives and was almost invisible. The house had its own charm, and the views around were wonderful. A shop and restaurant are very close to the house. The place is clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the Greek atmosphere – time seems to pass slowly there. I found exactly what I needed, and I will definitely come back.

A lovely traditional house, high in the mountains, with beautiful hikes nearby. The real gems are the kind couple who run it, for whom I’d give 15/10. Impossible to do them justice in a few lines, but if you’ve been there, you know! The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very delicious and everything was handmade also everyday there were some mini changes in the breakfast. Definitely will come again on my next visit in Mani.
