A North Home is a great place to stay in upper Omalo,, the rooms are nice and clean and they have everything you need for the stay in the mountains. There are common areas, too, which is great for socializing while having the delicious dinner/breakfast they offer. :) And the hosts are very hospitable and helpful, so we definitely recommend you staying in this guesthouse! We can totally recommend Omalo Guesthouse! The Host is super welcoming and made sure all the time we have everything we need. She cooks amazing food, which differed everyday! We stayed for 4 days and we totally fell in love with the silence, the view and the guesthouse with it’s lovely atmosphere.

A wonderful welcome at Javakhe! Elene and Paata are great and super helpful. Had a delicious breakfast and dinners, beautiful view, very comfortable beds. We will definitely stay again if we return to Tusheti!

I had to move to this hotel cuz the one i booked before was fully booked, but it was beyond my expectations!!! Though my hosts( a very lovely elderly couple) can barely speak English but they treated me like their family, the lunch and dinner were all such big portions that I had to take the rest for my second day back to Tbilisi. And the house is very well decorated and quite nostalgic, the atmosphere is great great great!!!

I stayed at the Guest House Mirgvela and it was an amazing experience. The location is absolutely stunning and it’s a great starting point for mountain hikes. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food served is diverse and delicious. There is electricity available and the internet quality is quite good. Getting to the property can be a bit of a challenge, but the owner is more than happy to help. I highly recommend this place!
