Guesthouse Mari is so special. I was able to check in early and when I was shown to my room I was blown away - a beautiful view of the river which was so relaxing to listen to at night. The room was comfortable and perfectly located at the end of the city, right next to a fabulous restaurant, shops nearby and the cinema across the street which is definitely worth a visit. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The hotel Sunli is situated in the center of Mestia within a short walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops. The building is renovated and equipped with all modern facilities. The room was very warm, spacious and nicely decorated, furnished with 4 comfortable beds, a big table with chairs, a sofa and a chest of drawers with a bedside furniture. There's a balcony in the room where we kept our skis and snowboards. The bathroom is clean and neat and refreshing. There's always been enough hot water in the tank, an electric heater and some hooks on the wall to dry the towels. There's plenty of little comfortable nooks and shelves to fit in the bathroom items. Our most appreciated room was common +kitchen situated upstairs. With all necessary cooking equipment, a big fridge and really nice wooden kitchen furniture. We spent a lot of time there cooking, eating and socializing with other guests. To say nothing about the stunning mountain view which opens from the kitchen window... 😍 Lana and David surrounded us with comfort and care, helping to solve all arising questions concerning our stay in Mestia, providing necessary information and connecting to necessary people. Many thanks to our driver and ski instructor Vakho who showed us around in Mestia and inspired for new adventures on the slopes.

The river Svaneti was the great place to start our hike from Mestia to Ushguli. We definitely recommend it. It is cosy and clean. The owner is very nice, he took us by car to the shop, because the place is in the calmer place little bit further from the centre, but OK to walk. The breakfast were amazing too. Our stay at Guest House Lekhtagi was absolutely lovely. The property itself is charming, well-maintained, and offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly added a special touch to our experience. The only challenge we faced was the walk to the guest house, which was a bit difficult due to the snow. However, the beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality made it all worthwhile. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just be prepared for a snowy trek if visiting in winter!

The sisters are amazing hosts, we really enjoyed staying there! They are very welcoming and friendly, had some nice chats in the evening and the breakfast was also super good! We could also leave our bags there when we went hiking for a couple of days!
