The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.

Our stay at Guest House Lekhtagi was absolutely lovely. The property itself is charming, well-maintained, and offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly added a special touch to our experience. The only challenge we faced was the walk to the guest house, which was a bit difficult due to the snow. However, the beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality made it all worthwhile. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just be prepared for a snowy trek if visiting in winter!

Everything about this place is perfect! The sisters Inga and Irma bring smiles to your face every time you see them. The athmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable, it really feels like you came to visit old friends. The food they prepare is delicious too; eat there if you can! All in all, a beautiful place and I can't wait to come back!

Absolutely clean and cozy like home (even better!). I could ask hosts about everything I needed. They helped me. I’m grateful to them for their welcome. The hosts really take care about their guests. Each piece of furniture is made by the owner's hands. Every morning they do a full cleaning so it’s nice and comfortable to be in common places.

Nanu and her husband were so welcoming and the sweetest people. They helped with everything, also when we needed a transfer to Ushguli. The food was so good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Also the location is good, just above the city center. Truly one of our best stays in Georgia!

Outstanding place, convinced this is some of the best Georgia has to offer. David, the host, was super helpful and available, and the place is just breathtaking. We stayed in the room with the sky window and it was fantastic! Also, the family cooks amazing food both for breakfast and dinner. Everything is homemade and harvested from their land, and therefore incredibly tasty. We really want to go back!

Big village house, with a big garden, very quiet, beautiful views, very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and with everything you need. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We needed breakfast very early one day and they had no problem preparing it for us, an excellent breakfast! We highly recommend Irina's Guest House.
