Amazing host, super hospitable. They gave us their homemade beers straight away, and they can provide delicious homemade food. Luckily, we were able to try out the beer spa last minute, which we would recommend doing!

This is a truly special place. We had an amazing experience at Bee House. Located quite near to Vardzia between mountains, rivers and beautiful nature, this little and humble place exists. The guest house is located in the back from the families own house with a couple of rooms and a nice terrace in close contact to the stunning garden. We were offered to have dinner inside their house with the kindest service and tasteful local food. Would really recommend this to everyone who visits this region of Georgia!

The apartment left an exceptionally good impression — cozy, stylish, warm, and pleasant. Time here simply flew by, and we truly regret that our stay was so short. Nikolas warmly greeted us upon arrival and he was the perfect host. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with the addition of a small sofa and table. Our room was bright with a window featuring a lovely view to the castle. The bathroom was also clean and there was plenty of hot water at the shower. Towels were fresh and clean. We found the bed to be comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. The room also had a fan and a mirror with a shelf and hooks. An electric kettle, coffee/tea mugs and wine glasses added a nice touch. Strong wi-fi signal and a reliable connection with fast download and upload speeds. Excellent location below the town's castle, steps away from quaint restaurants, local shops and the central marshrutka station. In all, a very peaceful stay and an excellent value. This was our first accommodation in Georgia and it was the perfect choice. Thank you. Nikolas!

Excellent value for money. Guesthouse was able to arrange tour to Vardzia and Khertvisi fortress by taxi. It was an excellent trip with a very good local driver.
