Excellent large hotel on the waterfront. We got a nice room with a view to the sea. Very friendly staff gave us advice on the local restaurants in the nearby city center. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

We loved everything about this stay, the rooms are large and very comfortable with great amenities. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The host Luke and his adorable young family live on the property, but we never heard a peep. He was incredibly gracious and helpful with recommendations for town. The location is beautiful and easily walk-able into town

I loved my stay! The room was spotless, beautiful and cozy. There was a coffee/tea station in my room with treats, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. Natasha and Fergus are wonderful, generous, sweet and helpful hosts who made me feel welcome in Ullapool and added so much to my stay. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the harbor, but absolutely silent for sleeping--the only street noise I heard was a midday bagpipe leading a wedding procession in the street, complete with a beautiful bride, bridesmaids and all the men in kilts! I highly recommend this jewel.

Our one night stay was amazing! Clean, comfortable, helpful staff and gorgeous views. We would like to have stayed longer, but the last bit of the NC500 was calling us! Will defo recommend and defo be back!

It was a quiet and peaceful spot by the loch, perfect for a restful stay. The town was still nearby, and there was a Tesco and other shops, making it convenient to buy groceries. The host is friendly and kind. The view of the loch from the windae is serene and beautiful. Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed. When I look back on my trip, this place will always come to mind.
