Homestays in Tarbert

Great location and perfect room. Good host.

We liked everything: great hosts, tastefully decorated interior, everything is well maintained, fireplace, more than fully equipped kitchen, big garden/grass on both sides of the apartment, 5 min drive to the lovely town of Tarbert (shops, restaurants). We enjoyed walk around the neighboring peninsula and the panoramic blue trail starting from the Tarbert castle.

Clean, comfortable rooms and fabulous hot drinks machine in hall just outside rooms. Very easy check in and lovely hosts.

Coffee machine Location, both within Tarbert and close to Kennacraig ferry Hugh was a great host, very knowledgeable about the local area and really helpful

Clean and comfortable. Very well situated to visit the surrounding area. Ideal for local ferry services. Portavardie, Islay were two places we visited, Co-op well stocked. Pharmacy, fantastic Indian takeaway. Good Fish and Chips. Post office. Lots of friendly locals. Boats in the harbour. Very enjoyable couple of days
