It’s like exactly as in the photo. Super comfy with daily cleaning. Staff is super friendly and just amazing. Perfect location to use as base. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurants and bars within walking distance. Spacious and very comfortable rooms - we even had a small table with chairs in the room. We appreciated the coffee, tea and small instant breakfast that was provided. Small fridge was a bonus. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was very cozy, this was the cleanest place I have ever been to!! I was amazed The hostess was very nice and communicative, she really takes care of her guests making sure they have the best time. I appreciated every little detail showing how much she cared for her guests (bath bombs and salts, mini face towels, tea and coffee in the room). It is not a hotel but a private house (which we knew before staying and we were absolutely fine with it but perhaps it may not be as clear to everyone) 6 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins to Tesco and Lidl, very nice neighberhood, very quiet and safe. We were able to get to the center of Edinbourgh in 20 mins. Definitely recommend it!
