We liked absolutely everything about our stay. The location is central to everything (with the beachfront, pier, town centre, and train centre all in walking distance), our room was immaculately clean and was decorated beautifully. I was staying at The Haldon twice, Friday night and Sunday night. The Host's where very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very nice and the bed, I didn't want to get out of it in the morning, I enjoyed a full English breakfast and other options where available, The Haldon is only around 7 minute's from the Rail Station which is ideal, All amenities where close by..

Lovely home from home style guest hotel with amazing hosts who were warm and friendly and super helpful. Location was great could walk to beach or town or further. Beautiful fresh cooked breakfast and hot tub. Top notch and very clean and comfortable. Will be back.

Room was clean, tidy and in good condition. Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Really nice to have the Tassimo so you could have plenty of real coffee whenever you wanted. Hosts were friendly and caring. Location was ideal for seafront and shops.

Great location! A short walk from the bus/train stations, and a stone's throw from the shore. I was delighted to be able to walk barefoot on the sand of the beach, and found restaurants nearby to satisfy my vegetarian diet. There are also shops a short walk away for drinking water and snacks. Kathy and Richard are wonderful hosts—genial, accommodating and helpful. I was very happy to have discovered their hotel and will book again when the occasion arises
