Alison and Les were great hosts. All the facilities & location were great . Very comfortable bed & delicious breakfasts.

Great location, wonderful bedroom with a shower and bath, very comfortable bed great hosts Louise we truly enjoyed our stay here and great for both Ballater and Balmoral Castle visits.

First of all: Thank you so much, Alison and Les and Teddy!
ad breakfast: a huge range to choice from. The omelette was just unbelievable.
ad room: lovely, comfy rooms. The bathroom had even a bath tub. I slept extremely well because there was no noise.
It felt like home.
Alison and Les are wonderful and great hosts. And Teddy, the dog, is just cute.
