Nathalie is a lovley lady who welcomed us with a friendly smile, she shared loads of knowlage and fantastic suggestions on how to make the most of our visit. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, what a amazing place to kick back and relax after a busy day of exploring the city life. A charming paradise tucked away one stop from everywhere. We will most definatly be staying with her again in any future visits. We love the chocolates and especially the cheeky kitten 😸

Hosts are very sweet, I loved every bit of communication with both of them, starting with messaging on Booking and ending with a lovely chat before leaving. They will go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfy and make sure they have everything they possibly need. The accommodation itself is just a masterpiece. Although it probably won't suit everybody, I loved the aesthetics of old wooden floors, piles of books and antique furniture. There's literally nothing I can think of that I didn't like. My highest recommendations if you want to stay in a lovely Paris flat with the sweetiest hosts.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

Accomodation is at a really good location near the Eiffel Tower and also affordable. Our host and his friend that greeted us were both super nice people and we had some great conversations with them. Definitely would recommend to choose to stay here when going to Paris.
