The location is on a little hill where you can see El Teide and the ocean a bit (from the Deluxe room with two little balconies, at least). It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood just about 20 minutes walking (5-8 min driving) from El Médano. The house has practically everything you need. There is a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, a fridge and some storage room. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom which was great! My room had a very excessive amount of wardrobes and mirrors, absolutely great! There is a terrase for everybody that you can freely use to read or sunbathe. The balconies in my room were rather small, but one of them was big enough to sit there and chill or read. It was just too windy at the time of my stay, so I used the bigger common terrase that was covered more from the wind. I absolutely loved the supercomfy bed, and I usually do suffer a bit from beds in hotels or hostels. Not here, though! The house was always clean and I was also offered change of bedsheets because I stayed 11 nights altogether. I booked for just two, initially, but prolonged my stay to 11 nights total. The staff was very friendly and the communication with them was more than smooth!

Host Williams, the best person in the house!! Everything was just perfect, very clean and very nice, terrace was amazing we chill there avery day and everything. Kitchen is big and clean. Bedroom was comfortable and fresh air. Bed was comfortable end clean.

We absolutely loved everything about La Finquita! The place is simply amazing and has a family touch that can be felt in every detail, from the small interior touches in the rooms, to the greenery in the garden and the relaxing outdoor seating areas. The host went above and beyond to provide an amazing breakfast experience in the morning, including freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of breads, cured and Serrano ham, eggs made to order, and coffee. I contacted the host prior to our stay to arrange a surprise bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday, and the host lady delivered an amazing bouquet early in the morning. I am so grateful! The room size was perfect, and we appreciated the multiple towels, hairdryer, and shower gel provided. If we wanted to spend time at the pool, we were given separate towels, and if we wanted to go to the beach, we could request towels to bring with us. This made packing for our trip so much easier! We were also greeted with a bottle of Cava and a basket of fresh fruit upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Although a car is necessary to get there, La Finquita is in a great location that is only a 10-minute drive to Los Americos. It's important to note that La Finquita only has four rooms available for rent (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor). We stayed in the first-floor room and were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, which spanned almost 180 degrees. The sunsets were simply stunning! We would definitely come back to La Finquita and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation spot.

Very good value for money. Room spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with living room. The place is easy to find, close to the airport, there is a 24h shop nearby and some places to eat as well. The host is very polite and helpful. He was always in touch and provided help and information. I highly recommend this place and will gladly stay there again.
