A very good location for good money! You have breakfast included, room cleaned every day (with fresh towels!) and absolutely everything you need for a comfy stay. Nice bar for an evening drink was also very convienient.

The view of the bay is really spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay. Both the owner and staff were very helpful and kind. The room itself was simple but clean and comfortable.

We come at least 2x to Portocolom - and I was really happy this time. We had room 206 - which was more spacious. We were the ones who thought we booked until monday but it was until sunday. So even with our mistake the staff was friendly and Hugo relocated us to another hotel. The hotel is basic and clean and the connected restaurants are so good! Location is for me the best. Not too crowded - feels more local. Best Beach S'Arenal 40 min by feet. I like the breakfast as buffet - good value for the money!
