The owner Syed was very helpful during our stay.He given us taxi in very reasonable rate and all the driver were excellent.He ensured our safety and track until we reached the hotel. Facility was excellent and staff is like a family. Beautiful location in front of Phillai temple. He given us ride to Phillai temple in his own boat. Food was excellent. The property is very very beautiful, clean and new. The location is amazing for the view on the nile. It's also close to the airport, as there is a new road being constructed which makes access easy. The food was also great. We are vegan and we had an easy time finding great food. They even made an extra breakfast box for us to go to Abu Simbel. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Momen was extremely helpful to show us around, as we came a little unprepared to aswan. He answered all our questions very patiently and organized us transport to Luxor.

My husband and I are from Vietnam. We spent our honeymoon here. - The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet location. - The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Although they cannot speak much English, but they are very honest. When I asked for a car for the next trip, they also helped me very well. - The food was delicious, but too much for us. When we did not finish it, we asked them to keep it in the refrigerator and in the evening they reheated it for us and they did not charge anything. Although I gave them a tip. I recommend you guys should try Grill Chicken. Conclude, I would give this hotel a score of 10/10, which is suitable for the cost we spent.

If you want to stay in Elephantine Island, The Mango Guest house is the best you can get! It's a beautifully built and maintained place with a lovely garden to sit in and have your drinks. The location is also good as it's only a short walk from the boat dock. The WiFi worked well in the room and the room was exactly what you see in their pictures. There is self service on drinks and you can also order food which they get you from outside. They also have a laundry service. Strongly recommended!

The owner, JJ, and his team were very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and they organized a trip to Abu Simbel for me. When I got sick, they postponed the trip by a day, so I had time to get back in shape. JJ's wife also served me the strongest ginger tea I have ever had, to get me back up. Days later, while I was staying at another place, I walked past the hotel again and JJ spontaneously invited me to a dinner they were throwing for a group of guests. Thanks a lot!

Where to start? We felt so at home here. Mustafa and his family have been nothing than warm, helpful and kind to us. We were genuinely sad to leave. The location on Elephantine island is great, ca. 7 minute walk by foot from the public ferry, the view on the river Nile with the passing boats and all the birds is so picturesque and an absolute dream. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast made with love and very tasty and suitable for vegetarians. We spoke a lot with Mustafa and he and his nephew Hamada helped us with organising trips (e.g. to Abu Simbel or a felucca ride - that we could not do in the end bc of too much wind, but Hamada was kind enough to take us around by motorboat). The people living on the island are friendly and welcoming and this has really been the best stay in Egypt so far. Highly recommend and thank you Mustafa and family!

Crystala guest house is in a beautiful Location at elephantine islands. The room was very clear. I mean very clear. The hosts were very friendly and kind. They welcomed us with a smile like they were waiting for us since I booked the room. They even made us gifts two beautiful bracelets.
