The room was a good size, the amenities excellent, and the food delicious. The service was both professional and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its staff - their warmth, hospitality, and responsiveness made our stay unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness in welcoming us to the beautiful town of Fenghuang. A special thank you and our very best wishes to Mr Liu. One of the best stays we had while traveling in China. The hosts were some of the friendliest people we've met in the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping us with our luggages, calling taxis for us, helping us book boat tours and introducing walking areas around the city. They also provided amazing recommendations for restaurants nearby, even walking us to the restaurant itself. They were always concerned about us and taking care of us, we were very grateful and touched! The room itself had amazing view of the ancient city and it's river. It was spacious and the amenities were very high quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Moon River View Hotel. The room looked exactly like the pictures, was extremely clean and had all of the amenities which we could possibly need. The location was slightly further away from the main area, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all because the walk along the river was lovely, especially at night. It will be an ideal location if you want to avoid the noise from the main bridge area, since the restaurants around there are open till quite late at night. What we appreciated the most about the hotel was the service provided by their staff. We would like to especially commend Mr Teng, their caretaker, who showed such great hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely visit again if I have the chance to.

    Exceptionally great support from the owner who provided me with detailed information on arrival. After I got out of the taxi, he was waiting for me at the Nanhua gate with an umbrella and helped me carry my luggage to a nearby accommodation. Friendly atmosphere of family accommodation, but with hotel comforts. The owner arranged a ticket for a boat ride, recommended where to go for good and cheap food, where the locals go. Great views, close to the center, but in a quiet area. I highly recommend it.

    Wang's kind hospitality. She went out of her way to be helpful in every way possible. The homestay is situated at a point on a hill that overlooks the town of Fenghuang, so, aside from the amazing views, the air is clean and fresh.

    This is a nice accommodation that suited our needs perfectly. A quant little boutique homestay with nice tatami beds and great views of the ancient city both during the day and a magnificent views at night. The operator was very helpful and gave us very good tips on touring the city.
