Everything was as expected in the description and even better. Jessica is very approachable and flexible, as well as helpful with everything. The bed was really comfortable. You have a nice view from the room of trees and the lake that are nearby. There is a filtered coffee machine and a sink in the room, as the bathroom is shared. There is also an extra shower in a different room which makes it all even easier. The tram gets you within 3 minutes of the house. There is even a piano in the living room, those who know how to play will appreciate.

The assistance and care we received was excellent! Benny responded promptly (on a Saturday evening!) to my requests and helped us with the problem we faced. All information about venue, check-in/checkout were very clear and easy to follow. Benny also provided extra info about places to eat/have fun. Very useful! The accomodation was spotless clean, bed was comfortable. The kitchen downstairs is a big plus - you have access to a fridge, microwave, hot water. Benny provided free breakfast items - tea/coffee/bread/biscuits/croissants&waffles which was wonderful. We even found a surprise basket in the room with small toiletries&sweets as a gift! The location of the place is very central - in just couple of minutes you are in the very centre of the city - but it was nice a quiet over night. I am grateful to such care and assistance of a host and I highly recommend the place, if you want a cosy nice place to stay in centre of the city! Thank you, I would come back again when being in Burxelles!

What didn’t we like about the property! This apartment is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated, I’d move in tomorrow if I could. Very sweet old building, brilliant location. Lots of great bars around but didn’t hear any noise from the apartment at night. Short walk from everything we wanted to see in Brussels. The roof terrace was a huge bonus!! With there being a very nice coffee machine in the apartment, having a coffee on the terrace was the highlight of my trip.

    Edmund was such a great host, very keen to make sure we had everything we needed, made space in the garage for our bikes, made us waffles on arrival & had croissants for breakfast each morning , even though we hadn't booked breakfast. Lots of advice on places to eat, things to see too
