Huge property, great pool, great gym equipment.
Loved the breakfast. Mixture of simple Thai and western food. Simple but enough.
Felt safe here.
You will need a mode of transport as it’s away from the party zone and beaches. But we were here to visit Thai language school so it served us well.
Lotus and big c are all a walk away, I walked everyday 40 minutes to big c and back. Was fine. Behind lotus is a big night market full of treats and some cool clothes etc.

A bit far from the centre if you don't drive, stayed multiple times, good size rooms with moderately comfy beds, English channels on TV, nice small swimming pool, ok breakfast
