We stayed at Alam Candi at the end of our honeymoon and my goodness were we blown away by not only the accommodation and facilities but by the incredible staff. The attention to detail was incredible and the level of hospitality unpresidented, to the point where we will now forever compare future establishments to them. We doubt we will ever be so impressed, so much so that we now use the term 'But are they Alam Candi level hospitable ?'. This compliment isn't given lightly as we have travelled around the world and stayed at 5 star establishments. The photos do not do the place justice, it is even more lovely in real life, you will simply have to go and see it for yourself to believe it. It is the epitome of 'value for money ' and more. We will forever be grateful to the wonderful staff for making our stay truly magical. It was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly. We also booked massage and snorkeling trip. From the snorkeling trip it would have been enough 1 spot as the 2nd stop was more a diver spot than snorkel but in general still it was a fun activity. Rooms were clean and they are pet friendly. This was really important for us as we were travelling with our cat and dog. Breakfast was also good. We took the banana pancake option with fruit plates. Also their coffee is good both in size and quality. Highly recommend and we probably come back sometime in the future.

Gorgeous hotel at beachfront, nice bamboo central reception and dining area with tasteful decoration and great views. Spacious bungalows in a lovely setting in the garden, some with great direct beach view. Fantastic pool area with many different seating areas, shaded and sunny and different levels. Really nice staff, very helpful with everything you may need. Great food, extensive breakfast buffet (although I think they sometimes have a menu as well, when the occupancy is lower) and wide variety of drinks and food, all of good quality. I ordered a greek salad which could compete with a local greek restaurant, well done. The environment is quiet; you don't hear traffic of other noise, only the sound of the waves, bliss.

Spacious Bungalow, good location, very good breakfast No Grab Coverage, a few people of Staff don’t seem to be happy to be there - some are nice and helpful, we did get very dirty towels when we came - they did change them quick after being informed

It is in a very nice garden with a big swimming pool, every bungalow has its own sunbed and parasol. Breakfast is served every morning in a beautiful shelter with a really nice view and you can hear birds singing. The offer of breakfast is good, every day you can choose combination for the next day, especially Koma is a very good chef, her boiled eggs with firm egg white and pliable yolk is the best. The hotel is older, but well good maintained. Nearby is a good restaurant Ganesh Lodge, which we can recommend.

I loved my stay at Bali Santi Bungalows!! The bungalow was beautiful, really clean and super comfy (I loved the outdoors bathroom!) and the hotel facilities were fantastic with direct access from the swimming pool to the beach. We also tried the massages at the spa and it was excellent. The hotel is located in a very nice area not overcrowded but with many cool places to visit nearby!

Very friendly staff, got everything you need here: it is in the middle of Candidasa, at the beach, with swimming pool. The bungalows are lovely, very clean, nice bed and enough space to store things. And very good breakfast :)

beautiful place! A few clean, nice bungalows, garden , swimming pool,hammocks. Perfect place for relax. Staff is very nice (few of them could improve english). Several items to choose from for breakfast - all tasty. Great outdoor bathroom
