The room was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Very clean and comfy. I was there for a concert in the area and it was perfect, literally next to the Ovo Wembley Arena. Also the Wembley Park area was very nice, if you're in London for a concert I would totally recommend it.

Everything was incredible since I arrived the staff was very supportive and helpful with me , the room was very clean and clean , and the people were very friendly and helpful all the time. I was a guest of this hotel for the fourth time and I was able to witness an improvement year after year, which convinced me to choose it for my next trip without any compression with other places thank you Adam , Bilal and Mr. Abdulkhaleq.

The reception staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have chance to try the breakfast but appreciated the coffee station as to grab a quick coffee on the way out.

the staff was polite and helpful. they even gave us a free upgrade :) such a great place! when we asked for towels, the person working there personally came with us to our floor, gave us 2 new towels and slippers and water. would stay here again.
