The hotel was beautiful, the room was huge and clean and had a great view from our balcony of the Nile. It was my Birthday and Fatima gave us an upgrade to Lounge access which was so kind and appreciated. They also decorated the room and had a cake for me which was so special. The pool area was lovely. Many great eating options on site too. Also a beauty salon where I got my hair washed and a blow wave. We had an early morning flight and they provided breakfast boxes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

Islam was awesome, helpful, and amazing. He was helping me all the way till the last checking out. Generally, the staff is friendly and cooperative and the view was nice from the room.
