What a beautiful little gem. I needed a little break from the humdrum of life. Dollies Place did not disappoint. Tranquil surroundings, surrounded by nature. The soft voice of the ocean whispering, the bird song, the tree frogs. What a beautiful place indeed. The facilities were 100% I didn't need anything extra. Everything was catered for. It was really clean, the decor is just my style. Personal little touches of the furnishings were sublime. Very well thought out. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The hosts were fabulous and really accommodating. We even got a visit from the 2 family dogs. Which was wonderful. Fabulous place.

It’s the kind of place where you can instantly unwind, like you’ve stepped into a home rather than a hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. Grant, Karen and the rest of the staff, are a big part of what makes Nakai so special. They’re incredibly warm and truly want you to have a great time. You really feel taken care of. Breakfasts are a highlight—healthy, delicious, and just the right way to start the day. You can spend hours just soaking in the scenery and the unmatched view of the ocean from the deck. There’s also a private beach right down from the house, part of a conservancy, which feels like a bonus. It’s quiet, peaceful, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, Nakai just has this special, laid-back charm that’s hard to put into words.
