Room is beautiful and calming, and the smell of the wood was very pleasant. Toilets were massive. Hosts helped us with providing contacts of a driver who was basically our tour guide for 2 days - super helpful as I was travelling with elderly folks. Breakfast was ordered by the hosts from a typical Taiwanese breakfast shop, with good variety (breads with various stuffing). Fifth floor of the building has an open air space that has a good view.

Room are quite big and got heater to warm our cold night. Very comfortable and homey. Have a very good view from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee. Yuling and her husband are very kind, we talked about Taiwan history and I learned a lot from them. They also very informative and tell us how to go to alishan by public bus. I Highly recommended you guys to stay at Yuling guest house.

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Great views from the balcony and very cozy rooms. The hospitality of our host was exceptional. They picked us up and dropped us off to the local bus stop and even took us to an incredible viewpoint at sunset. We had great tea and conversation and will never forget our stay.

Lovely scenery, large comfortable room, friendly host and traditional Taiwanese breakfast

The location is very scenic situated on a hill side surrounded by tea and coffee plants. The room was clean, large and very comfortable with modern amenities. The home cooked food was sensational and delicious. The host are very welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay as best as possible.

the complete experience from views, to lodging to meals to exchanges with hosts are full of joy and attention to excellence while keeping it very real and warm. there’s love in the house and one can feel it instantly.

We absolutely loved staying here. The host went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. The location was amazing, incredible views, and the host was kind enough to drive us to view the sunset and also into the town centre to catch the bus back to Chiayi. The breakfast was delicious and they catered to our dietary requirements. Overall, so grateful to have met the lovely hosts and stay at this beautiful location. We hope to come again. :))
