We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. SamNgao is a lovely quiet country side village, and altough the room is close to a big(gish) road, there is not many cars. It's also very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner was also really friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

The hospitality is outstanding. The place feels like a family. There is a private area that you can sit and watch the stars at night. I do recommend everyone to stay at this place when you are in MaeSot.

A family-run hotel, with helpful staff. Beautiful comfortable room, furnished in Burmese style. At the reception you can buy very nice pieces of Burmese goods (bracelets, fabrics, lacquered boxes). Great surroundings, there's a family soup kitchen across the street. The whole city has an incredible atmesphere where different peoples, Burmese tribes, mingle. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a geyser nearby and a nice waterfall. The advantage is that there are minimal tourists in the city.
