It's as advertised; a room near the Old Town centre. The access is no problem. The air-conditioning works well, and is quiet. The bed is comfortable. It's walking distance to grocery shops, beach, museums and plaza.

The whole place is extremely well run and is an excellent location from which to explore Asunción. All the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast is definitely a great option because doesn't seem easy to get a good breakfast in Asunción. I get the feeling Paraguayans just mainline tereré until lunchtime! We are a gay couple and also found this a very inclusive and accommodating place which is not always straightforward in Paraguay. Can't think of a better place to land in Asunción if its your first time. The whole area is very safe and there is a 24 hour reception. Would love to return. Great vibe!

Check-in was smooth and quick, staff were helpful, bedroom was spacious with nice shower, comfy bed, desk, A/C, kitchenette. Owner is friendly with a sense of humor. Would without a doubt go back if I'm ever in Asunción again !!!
