There was nobody at the reception, but we were sent an access code for the main entrance and very clear instructions how to get into our room.

We were located at the apartments called Santa Luzia, close to the hotel (not at the hotel itself). The apartment was really cleaned, with a separated bedroom, and very functional. The location was close to the main attractions points and it was very quiet as well. The breakfast from the hotel was good. The host Carlos made our trip more enjoyable by recommending nice places to go to, as well as free park spaces close to the location (which was very useful!). Highly recommended for a nice stay in the city.

I really like family run places that have a good feeling to them, like the owners actually care that you have a good experience. The host was very gracious, the room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was excelllent, so nice to be able to prepare our own meals. Also, very important to us, there was a nice secure area for our bicycle.

It is set 16 km from Geres Thermal Spa and features luggage storage space. Set in a historic building, the property comes with an outdoor pool and is situated 15 km from Canicada Lake. The house is really beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the views are amazing. The host were very nice, the breakfast was plentiful. The house is located near the Mirador de Fafiao from were you can admire the beautiful surroundings. It was our favourite stay in Portugal.

This recently renovated guest house is located 2.8 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo and 21 km from Golfe de Ponte de Lima. Guests can enjoy river views. The location is phenomenal. It was super nice inside. I had a view of the river. Very clean. Lovely.

An indoor play area is also available for guests at the guest house. Kitchen and living areas were wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was spacious and clean. The hosts had set out a delicious cake to help ourselves in the morning. Very thoughtful.

It was probably the best guesthouse/ hotel we stayed during the entire trip in Portugal. The building itself was beautiful made. And location can’t be better, just next to the Braga square surrounding by many historical architects. Taxi was easy to access to the door. Super easy to find. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, as well as the bathroom, with the beautiful windows and views outside. The room we stayed in has a big balcony attached. I was able to see the sunrise. The owner was super kind and friendly, helped us a lot with everything. We can’t thank him enough! Truly 100% recommended this beautiful place.
