I loved to watch the street view and wasn’t bothered by the noise. They have foam on shutters if that does bother you. Oh and there is a small place to view the city on 5th floor.

The Sea Garden Peniche is located in Peniche’s lively city centre, a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and the Peniche Fortress, which is the local museum. Everything about the stay was smooth, we arrived early and were able to drop our stuff off and check in. The staff left our luggage inside the room once it was ready. It is a very nice location and central. Breakfast was good and wasn't missing anything.
