One of the best places I have stayed at during my 4 months in the Philippines. Everything looks almost new, and everything is spotlessly clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice outdoor sitting area right outside the room. Spacious room with plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels supplied. The room had a proper desk and also excellent lighting. Good location half way between the port and town, within walking distance to both. Also walking distance to the 'stumble inn' beach bar/restaurant which overlooks the sandbar. There's also a clean and well equipped kitchen with a big fridge and dining table. Free hot and cold water dispenser. Small convenience store on site. You can also do your laundry for free out on the back. Very good WiFi. Excellent place to stay if you want to balance out your budget with a bit of DYO.....I also loved the tiny baby kitten.

Lisa was exceptional, she was very informative and helpful with many recommendations during our stay. The location was great for us, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with private access to the beach which we very much liked, we Snorkled there and saw some Giant turtles, which is a bit hard to find in other beaches. The bungalows and amenities were in a good condition and clean. Breakfast was also Good. Staff was on top. Would definitely recommend !

Jeru, the host and his son is an absolute dream. They are so kind and caring. They also provided us with snorkelling gear, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, water bag, etc for free. The room itself is as pictured and clean, AC works great and the room is well insulated, keeping it nice and chilly. Also nice hot shower and a beautiful garden. I also rented a motorbike with great condition and great prices.

Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. A welcoming respite. A compact property well maintained and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Its location feels far from the buzz of Moalboal but ohhh so convenient. The rooms were well appointed. Super comfortable bed, fully outfitted bathroom, room was tidied up daily. The free breakfast was a full-on meal that often got me through to midafternoon! They set up tours, cars, and laundry services. If you need anything, ask! They want you to be comfortable and worry-free so you can enjoy all the area has to offer.
