Ideally located in Nizwa old town, clean and well equipped boutique hotel with a particularly welcoming host and staff. Try to sit down with Ahmed, the host, for a cup and of gahwa in the evening and learn the history of Nizwa old town and local date varieties. Entrance to Al-Aqur wall is a few meters away. There is a large parking 20 meters from the hotel (but be careful driving into the old town in large cars in busy evenings). Tourism is rapidly developing in the very cute Nizwa old town.

Our stay was very nice, it was very cool experience to sleep in such historic building. Our room had no windows which was part of the adventure. There is also amazing rooftop with 360 view where we watched sunset. Adnan Is very helpful and will answer all of your questions, we also needed help to park and he kindly came out to guide us the way.

The location was amazing, just a few minutes away from the famous Nizwa Fort. Lovely, new inn, with a mix of modern and traditional design. Kind and helpful host Muhammed did everything to make our stay in Nizwa unforgettable. We are more then happy to recommend Etra Inn to anyone visiting beautiful Nizwa.

Saif is a wonderful, friendly host! This was our last night in Oman (sadly). Saif welcomed us with Omani coffee, dates and fruit, and we enjoyed discussions with him and learning about his culture. Our room was clean and comfortable. Saif's wife prepared us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The location is superb. We hiked in the mountains above Wakan and explored the Wadi Mistal area. Thank you Saif!
