This is possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I stay 75+ nights a year in hotels) Ibrahim is the proud owner who also arranged pick up from Al Hamra at short notice. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Watching the sunset from the property was phenomenal as was the sunrise the following morning. The balcony walk begins right at the property and hence we were the first ones on the trail. Sadly there are only 3 rooms and I expect soon it will be difficult to get a reservation once word gets out how wonderful it is.

The location is fantastic – so convenient to all the facilities and attractions Nizwa has to offer. Initially, the surrounding locality was a little unexpected, but as they say, "Don't judge a book by its cover!" The moment we arrived at Etra Inn, we were amazed. The hospitality provided by Mr. Saif was flawless. He was truly welcoming and helpful. The room itself was superb. It was incredibly spacious with beautifully maintained interiors. We especially appreciated the ensuite bathroom with the tub and readily available hot water. The inclusion of a kettle, fridge, coffee, tea, a spacious king-size bed, ample storage (wardrobe, drawers), and plenty of charging points made our stay incredibly comfortable. The convenient parking inside the compound was also a big plus. While the weather was a little warm, the effective AC and fan in the room ensured we were perfectly comfortable. The overall ambience of Etra Inn was excellent, and being so close to restaurants and the souq was incredibly convenient. After a long journey from Dubai, booking Etra Inn was absolutely worth it. The stay exceeded expectations and refreshed us considerably. We would highly recommend Etra Inn to anyone planning a trip to Oman and looking for comfortable, convenient, and welcoming accommodation in Nizwa. Kudos to the entire team at Etra Inn! The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. The location was great, near a deserted mud brick village and a date plantation. It was a short walk into town. From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.
