It kind of feels like you’re camping in a cabin. The man who runs the guest house is really kind and gave us lots of information about what to do and hiking trails. The breakfast was toast and cereal which was great! Overall basic but nice and good location.

There's a Malaysian restaurants that's open at 7am across the building named Malaysian Spice, they serve really good roti, coffee, and local Malay food. I highly recommend to also try the beef soup at Mai Restaurants which is close to the area also. The unit is very clean, organized, has strong internet and the owner is very accommodating. If you want to book a tour, reach out to her also, she gives you good deal and cheaper rather than you book it from the tour company. The location is walking distance from Tanah Rata Bus Terminal around 800 meters distance. Grab is normally available during the day but very hard to book in the early morning or lte evening.
