Apartments & rooms - TIANIS - Self check-in offers serviced apartments 100 meters from the historic city centre and 50 meters from the beach. It features accommodation with private balconies and free Wi-Fi. We have the Deluxe Apartment which is highly recommended. It’s very spacious and comfortable with the view of the old town and mountains. It’s very quiet at night and we could sleep very well. The pillows are comfortable. The old town is 5 minutes away walking. There is a shopping mall across the street from the hotel. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby. The speed boat harbor to Perast, a very beautiful small town in the bay of Kotor, is also nearby with 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast to start the day. The staff takes us to Tivat airport, which is close by Kotor. We highly recommend this hotel.

Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

Clean and tidy. Spotless. Spacious enough for all home activities. Beautiful view. Seafront properties and very close to all cafes and resturants. Building is right at the main Petrovac beach. Very close to a major chain Market Voli.
