The room was spacious, clean and cozy with a nice balcony. We were lucky, we had a room facing Noth so, in the morning we could drink our coffee in shadow. AC working very well. Location...beeing at the edge of the town, on one side you have free parking places which is great for Budva, on the other side you have to get your car for everything. No restaurants or market places close.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with the most beautiful view in the lovely town of Perast. The room was incredibly beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana also put a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. We were sitting in our super comfy dressing robes and sipping wine, looking at the most amazing views of Kotor bay. It was dreamy!!! 10/10, would stay agai.

At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. What a great find! The apartment is beautiful and the little terrace made it feel so cozy as if it was your own home. We didn’t know there was a festival during our visit and so, on our last night, the whole city was bustling with a couple of Djs and a concert. We thought we were going to have issues sleeping, however, we couldn’t hear a thing inside the apartment! But what really stands out here is the service; we arrived at 7AMish (we took a night bus) and they did everything possible to have our room ready at 12noon. After breakfast and walking around the city for a bit, we were able to wait on their terrace and they greeted us with a plate of grapes from their own garden and very valuable information about Kotor. Communication during our stay was always on point, plus they messaged us some wonderful restaurant recommendations - we loved this!! Overall, they made our stay easy and enjoyable with their top notch service. Thanks for everything!

Located in Perast, in a historic building, 90 metres from Perast Beach, Guesthouse Žmukić is a recently renovated guest house with a garden and terrace. The property features sea and mountain views, and is 3.3 km from Roman Mosaics. Guests can enjoy garden views. We came back for our last day in Montenegro to spend in Perast. Love this place and definitely it will be my stop next time I'll travel to Montenegro. Again thank you for everything and I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone.
