Located in Udawalawe, NATURE HOUSE offers rustic accommodation with free WiFi access available at all areas. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fitted with a spacious private terrace. This place is amazing! It’s definitely the best stay for our three-week round trip . I can only recommend it. We booked a Standard double room , Which was their basic category. But it was fantastic! The room was super clean , which is not always in Sri Lanka. They had everything more than we expected like air conditioning, hot water , mosquito nets , a fan , tea coffee, and even pool towels were provided in the room. Also best value for the money. Unbeatable! The Wi-Fi was great in the room and restaurant. Pool area also had a another Wi-Fi which was good. The pool was our favorite super Large,clean like the rest of the property surrounded with nature great to relax and in the pool even have kind of jacuzzi that you can get a massage in the water :) We also booked a Half day 7 Hour safari tour through them and it was fantastic . Price was also very good compared to other offers we had . We saw many elephants, birds and many other animals . Had a great time with the breakfast inside the park .The driver explained everything to us and was very experienced. He didn’t bother animals or go with too many jeeps . If you’re going on a safari definitely go with the hotel. The owner was very friendly, professional and had lots of experience in the industry. The rest of the staff also very helpful and available always with a smile . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay ! We‘ll definitely come back . Highly recommend this place!

We booked this place to serve us for a sleep over for our safari tour. However, this turned out to be a great surprise as the facility and staff exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, the best bathroom during our Sri Lanka trip, comfortable. The backyard is a forest with an amazing feeling of nature being next to you. The staff (a young brother and sister) were really great. Our breakfast was marvelous. And the facility was very very cheap. I think the team should reconsider the prices. We also used their jeep for safari and the price and quality was very good. Suresh was our guide and he was very very good with identifying all species of birds, not just a generic elephant observer. We were very satisfied with our tour. This was a great stay for us and we can suggest to everyone.

What an adorable chalet in the middle of nowhere . Gives you enough privacy and makes you feel like a royalty .The owner was extremely helpful and polite . Even though we arrived later than the time decided , we were still greeted with a hot cup of tea and snacks . The place has all the fixtures of a western 5 star resort . The outdoor toilet was by itself a charming experience of the nature . I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a great stay, feel royal , want to experience first hand hospitality of Srilankans and excellent warm breakfast.

The dinner was delicious. We saw fireflies at night in the garden. Our host arranged a safari for us. We loved our stay.
