Both warm and cold water for the shower. Most notably, the hosts were fantastic! So welcoming and so helpful. When we arrived they drove us to a scooter rental so we could get our scooter. The one day we had to leave early to go to Sigiriya for the day and they packed us a breakfast to go. Dinner at their restaurant was affordable and delicious. On the morning we left, they drove us to the bus station and stayed with us to make sure we caught the right bus. If you’re staying in Dambulla you should definitely stay here. These may be the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had while travelling across Southeast Asia.

A very calming, tranquil and peaceful location with excellent service and attention provided by the host. Very highly recommended..

We were treated like king and queen. :) The family really makes sure that your stay is perfect. We stayed 2 nights and we had delicious dinners and breakfast cooked by the mother :). Also the family arranged for a great elephant safari and we saw many ! The place itself is surrounded by nature which was really nice. The room is oke and the bathroom is very spacious and the shower is nice and has hot water. Also the bed is soft and comfortable. Special thanks to the son Lakshitha who made sure that the stay was perfect ! Highly recommended :)

Fridge (with Beers), Wine, Tea/Coffee set, Welcome fruit basket, A/C, TV with international news channels, Toiletries, all is there to make you feel at home. But what makes the big difference is the kindness of Ashoka and his team. We arranged through them train station pick-up, afternoon visit to Dambulla caves, and safari with transfer to next destination on departure. Both were arranged through his son Roshan with efficiency. The drivers were professional, vehicles were in good condition, and in the case of the safari, our guide Nilantha clearly knew his job.
