Location was perfect, 50mts from the bus stop, in a quite area in front of a gorgeous park and a very short walk or bike ride from restaurants and the city centre and fort. Tony and his partner were super helpful with any matter or question I had. They helped me arrange a bicycle to go around town, a tuktuk tour of the northern side of the peninsula, and find good dining spots. Breakfast was good, based on local foods - they even made it take away on my last day as I had an early bus. I had a private bathroom, which was perfectly clean and the shower was great. Although my room was in the ground floor, I never had any issues with noise coming from common areas.

They also provide good lunch /dinner at reasonable cost, if you would to have home cooked meal. It is located in very convenient place opposite to the famous Nallur temple. It was fascinating hearing the history of the residence.. Very much enjoyed the stay. We are coming here since 2017 as feel like home to home. We will come back again. Quite comfortable for me, my wife and 2 children. A very good common kitchen with drinking water, coffee making facilities, refrigerator, tv etc. Spacious courtyard in front of the room, my kids enjoyed playing there. Mr Prasath and family, the owner of the property are very caring, friendly and a good person, who helped us to easily get into the location and arranged our return by tuk tuk guided for good food. There are nearby restaurants that serve authentic jaffna foods at a moderate rate. The location is very convenient for moving to and from the city, etc. Old and famous temples nearby as well.
