First of all, the room is clean, comfy and spacious. There is a common space to enjoy coffee and tea. The breakfast was above expectations, good quantity and the taste was fantastic. Then the hosts are amazing. Their recommendations are super valuable. Chami the host drove us around and spent a lot of time with us. To be honest it felt amazing to have such a welcoming host and we felt very lucky to have that experience. It was maybe one of our best days in Sri Lanka. If you're arriving they can offer a pick up for a small fee. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We will not only come back as guest but also as friends.

A kind and incredibly professional couple. The room was very large, perfectly clean, and tastefully arranged. Even the blankets and sheets smelled wonderful. The host was incredibly kind, and anything you needed was available. We also arranged our visit to Horton Plains National Park with their own tuk-tuk, and they even packed a very neat breakfast for us to eat inside the park. The location is excellent, close to Lover's Leap Waterfall and the Pedro Tea Factory, about a half-hour walk at most, or you can even take a bus. Overall, everything was at its best. We'll definitely miss the landlord, who was a true gentleman, and his kind wife. We hope to see them again.

He took great care of me. He was very patient with me despite my horrible level of English. He bought me my train ticket to Ella in advance. He has the cleanest house I have visited in Sri Lanka. It has memory foam mattresses which was perfect for my back.

I stayed in a super nice and extremely clean room with a balcony and beautiful view of the hills. Big bathroom with hot water shower. My stay at Dhammika's guesthouse was a true highlight of my trip to Sri Lanka and I regret not being able to stay longer. Dhammika's hospitality is truly exceptional. He picked me up from the train station late in the evening, drove me to Adam's Peak trail starting point at 2 am, organized a very authentic tea fields tour, arranged a driver for me, and even gave me recommendations for a safari for the next leg of my journey. He really took care of everything! The guesthouse itself is lovely. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding tea fields and the lake. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the warmth and friendliness of Dhammika's family made staying there a pleasure. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and Dhammika's guesthouse is the perfect base to explore it from. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Rajith was a lovely host, who made us feel very welcome. The homestay was comfortable, and the dinner we organised through him (cooked by his sister) was delicious, and one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.

The attentive service and all-round comfort that the Edgware offers were a great way to cap off my wonderful time in Sri Lanka. All the staff, including Lukshan and Ishan were very welcoming, and did their best to make me feel at home throughout my stay. It was nice to have some good conversations with them. I had the opportunity to get an upgrade to a beautifully appointed and spacious room equipped with a high-roofed loft space, which gave off ski chalet vibes. While it was cold and damp for much of my time in Nuwara Eliya, inside it always felt warm and cosy, with nice touches like a virtual fireplace and a heater in my room. They also serve delicious food, including a superb Sri Lankan breakfast and a wide variety of dishes to choose from on their dinner menu, and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cake upon my arrival and when i got back after a morning out. Also they packed a nice breakfast for me for me to collect early in the morning when i headed out to Horton Plains.
