You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. This property immediately had a calm and relaxing vibe as soon as we arrived from a long day of travel. Our host Jarrod was lovely and beyond helpful during our stay. The entire place was spotless and the room had everything we needed for our stay including a heater for chilly Nuwara Eliya evenings. The breakfast was delicious and we had many options to choose from! We especially enjoyed the gorgeous yoga studio space on the upstairs level that provided 360 degree views of the surrounding area.

We were greeted by the family. The young man helped carry our bags into the room. He offered us tea and coffee. He was very polite and helpful. He did his job with heart and love. The accommodation is in the mountains at an altitude of about 2000m. In the evenings the temperature drops to about 15C. You need to wear a jacket in the evenings. The locals also wear wool hats. But this is clearly unnecessary. Double fleeces for sleeping in the room. It's good to be able to wear a blouse with longer sleeves if you're afraid of the cold. The room is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. TV in the room. Common dining area for three rooms with fridge. Breakfast was made by the hostess. It was delicious: toast, jam, butter, sausages, fruit, pancakes, jackfruit sauce on bread.

The host is very friendly and helpful in planning your activities, transfer to Nanu Oya, Tea factory or the waterfalls. Even helped out to reach the doctor when I was in need of some health care. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, I would recommend this guesthouse!

Located in Hatton, within 41 km of Gregory Lake and 32 km of Adam's Peak, White House Bungalow Hatton provides accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The guest house features family rooms. We liked the most was Raj. He is the guy who manage the place and he is an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and friendliness really helped us enjoy the trip. It was such a nice place. He made tea for us, got us food and did everything we asked without any complaints. We would go there again, just for him.

The room was quiet and comfortable, the food was excellent! He helped us book a tour of the tea fields and factory and the tour was amazing. Highly recommend!

At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre and just a few steps from a superb restaurant, Themparadu. Room was pristinely clean and spacious even though we were travelling as a family of four. The service is just outstanding, we had to completely rearrange our plans due to very poor weather and the manager was extremely helpful and flexible. Communication and support was amazing since the booking til we left Nuwara Eliya. We went for a drive around the town due to poor weather and the driver was a super friendly companion and a good guide, including help on the train station which welcomed us with a closed ticket office and cancelled train.

Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
