They had everything you needed, from a TV to an electric shower with nice, hot, consistent water. The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

Can really recommend if you want to travel and train Kickboxing / Khun Khmer at the same time. Or just travel. Or just train. Everybody working there and the owners were super nice. In training they take their time and give you tips for your techniques individually. Learned a lot there in only a few days. Also I had a good time the bar and with the people hanging around there. Can 100% recommend. Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced. Thank you guys!
